What does style mean to you?
Style is something with which you born, you can refine and educate it, but I think that behind it there must be refinement and good taste

When you draw your creations, what goes through your mind?
It depends on the moment in which I’m creating: many times I need to create to make explode the sensations I’m carring with me in that particular situation.
Sometimes it can be just the idea for a cute dress that has come into my mind.

Have you always wanted to be a designer?
I wanted to be a painter, my cultural education was made in this sense by my parents that wanted me to be an artist…well I think I’m an artist anyway! What is fashion if not an Art?

What is your educational and professional background?
I graduated in Accademia delle Belle Arti, then I’ve attendend a course for Fashion Designers…and here I am!

Is there anyone or a particular event that may have influenced you in becoming a fashion designer? And how?
It’s all my sister’s fault! She wanted to be a designer, so in my house there were always fashion magazines and sketches were in every corner !
Well…she is a programmer now…and I’m a fashion designer! Life is strange..

Who are the big designers or creative people that inspire you most?
I’m a sort of traditional fashion lover…Valentino, Salvatore Ferragamo, Dior.

How do you imagine the future fashion trends?
I think there will be a return to the classic forms: if you look at the actual trends you see a love for vintage above all and for elegance and lightness…or it’s just my desire?

What are you future plans?
Draw…and draw…and draw…

What does style mean to you?
Style, for me, is just our way to express ourself. Everyday. Style is not elegance, not beauty, not fabulous clothes. It is your daily project of creation made of simple steps: first you understand who you are today; then you choose your appearance. Fashion is the is the means by which you can express yourself.

When you draw your creations, what goes through your mind?
Well… I have a fanciful big world in my mind, with some strange creatures and very extravagant clothes. It could sound strange, I know, but sometimes when I’m in a store or in a place with a lot of people, I start imagining all dressed up how I would like them to do. So creations born in my head, and what I have to do is just draw.

Have you always wanted to be a designer?
No, when I was a child I wanted to become a scientist, an astronomer.

What is your educational and professional background?
I graduated in fashion design and I made a lot of practice working for some Chinese brands. I also work as fashion illustrator (I’m currently making illustrations for Diesel-Loverdose).

Is there anyone or a particular event that may have influenced you in becoming a fashion designer? And how?
I love art, I’ve always loved art. I need to be creative, and at the same time I want my creations to be lived, non only admired, that’s why I’ve decided to work into fashion world. The power of fashion is that you can create everyday yourself. You can look romantic, dramatic, professional. You can create a brand new self exactly like an illustrator create a sketch.

Who are the big designers or creative people that inspire you most?
One name: John Galliano.

How do you imagine the future fashion trends?
I think that in the next years we’ll understand how pleasant can be fashion experimentation, everyone will love wear dress always more eccentric and original.

What are you future plans?
I’m going to create the world that lives in my mind!
